Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib submits to the Congressional Record the entire South African genocide case against Israel and makes an impassioned call to Congress to stop funding the ongoing atrocities in Gaza.

I’d just like to acknowledge that South Africa wouldn’t have such a strong case without the work of the journalists, both alive and martyred, on the ground in Gaza supplying the world with firsthand information about the genocide and that they deserve thanks for it.

Incidentally, this is why Israel is going after journalists so hard. Over 100 journalists have been killed in just over 100 days of Israel’s relentless assault on Gaza, and it’s because Israel does not want the world to see the full scope of what they are doing to the citizens of Gaza. Every journalist death has been very, very deliberate.

If you are ever looking for furniture you’ve got to go to an antique store. Now when I say antique store, I don’t mean the boutique downtown that will charge you $700 for a lamp. I mean the trashy place up the street on a big lot with tables and chairs piled up for miles outside. The kind that stretches 75 miles back in a cold room with no descernable path through it. You will find the best, sturdiest, and coolest shit for amazing prices. If it’s in the middle of nowhere it’s even better because you can haggle.

Isn’t this how most people get haunted

I’m willing to take that chance if it means I get a hardwood armoire for my bedroom for $129.

Don’t think of it as being haunted, think of it as a “buy one antique, get a free ghost” deal.
